Bespoke help for problems that are clear in outcome and messy in practice.
Bring one concrete situation and the result you want. Our first conversation checks fit, needed access, who can authorize change, and the question worth solving. Stage 1 — Diagnosis: interviews, observation and inspection, followed by concise findings and an agreed scope. Stage 2 — Design and test: research options, develop a response, and test a small change where useful. Stage 3 — Implementation or handoff: optional, with a separate agreement. Each stage has a stopping point; later work is never automatic.
Something isn’t working the way you want.
A workflow, system, product or behaviour keeps producing friction or a different outcome from the one you intended.
What I would look at
Where the actual friction sits, what assumptions are being made, how information or behaviour moves through the system, and which small changes are worth testing first.
You’re trying to build something that doesn’t exist yet.
You have an idea, need or direction, but it has not yet become a clear structure or usable first version.
What I would look at
The intended outcome, the assumptions underneath the idea, what has to be true for it to work, and the fastest useful version we can put in front of reality.
People aren’t learning, understanding or progressing the way you expected.
A learner, user or player is confused, stuck, or unable to turn your expertise into reliable progress.
What I would look at
Where understanding breaks down, what prerequisites are missing, what the person is actually doing, and how the progression, explanation or practice conditions can be redesigned and tested.
These are examples, not a menu
If your problem does not fit neatly into one of these, that may be fine.
The first conversation is about the problem and whether my way of working is useful for it. More detailed questions can come after that.
