I’m Shai.
I have worked across dance education, reactive-dog behaviour, game design, streaming and small digital products. The fields changed. The part that kept pulling me in was learning how a system works, noticing where people or processes get stuck, and trying something practical.
I tend to learn by getting close to the work. I ask questions, observe what is actually happening, build enough domain understanding to challenge assumptions, and adjust as new information appears.
I am comfortable being new to a field when the problem is interesting. I do not try to replace the people with deeper specialist expertise. I try to learn enough to see the whole situation clearly and work well with the people who know parts of it better than I do.
